He also was ready for dinner. In addition to a full menu ranging from shareable appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees like jumbo crab cakes and Wagyu sirloin in mushroom sauce, there is a weekly specials menu that immediately caught his eye. He chose the Lasagna Soup from the specials and a Cuban panini (pulled pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickles and mustard) and a side of fries from the regular menu. My choice was the pound of smoked wings in a spicy buffalo-garlic sauce from the weekly specials menu (and samples of his fries, of course). The wings came with celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese dressing. Portions were very generous and we took home leftovers to enjoy another day.
