ROUTE 11 In Bloomsburg • Follow Route 11 until it intersects with Route 487 • Follow Route 487 North approximately 2 miles • Turn left onto Papermill Road ROUTE 487 The Columbia-Montour Welcome Center is located at the intersection of Route 487 and Papermill Road, as it intersects I-80 at Exit 236. • When traveling Route 487 South, take a right at Papermill Road (at the Sunoco Gas Station) • Follow the Visitor Center signs INTERSTATE 80 The Columbia-Montour Welcome Center is located at Exit 236 (Bloomsburg/Lightstreet) off I-80.
