The return of their annual “Fishtival” event in August will bring a taste of Alaskan tradition to Pennsylvania, with smoked salmon demos and food samples on offer. This unique event will give attendees a chance to experience the flavors and techniques of Alaskan cuisine, and welcome the fishermen home with their fresh catch. Fishtival is based off of a festival sharing the same name in Bristol Bay, held annually to celebrate another successful season the salmon fishing season.
